Since 1999, my mission has been to help organizations improve the healthcare experience for both patients and staff. My two decades of leadership experience have encompassed large and small healthcare systems, both for-profit and non-profit facilities, and in both faith based and secular organizations. Combining both, an extensive back ground in on the job experience and continuous educational development, I use well defined best practices and new out-of-the-box approaches to solving healthcare experience challenges.
